Engineered Heating & Cooling is a 2nd generation family business located in Cedar Springs, MI. It had its beginnings in 1978 when John Sedine went to work for Tom and Shirley Lowing who owned Lowing Enterprises, a HVAC/R contracting company located in Jenison, MI.
